And a cover reveal

Sending this out there because I’m starting to get excited. The next book in the Elspeth Barclay series is coming soon - a novella. Inspiration is where you find it, and in this case, it came watching a treasure hunter show and learning about something I’d never heard of before - folded coins. But the inspiration doesn’t end there. I also saw this gorgeous photo of a dark road in Door County, Wisconsin, in the middle of one of the worst winter storms they’ve had up there. Imagine, if you will, snow-flocked trees overarching a dark road that looks like a tunnel into the abyss. Yes, I reached out to the photographer as I considered using it as the cover photo, but ultimately went another direction.
